Calling anyone who likes to eat… I am starting up a vegetable of the month. The plan is to get the seasonal vegetable, October being the month of Halloween, we are going to do Squash and Pumpkins. Make as many delicious meals using these versatile veg as we can, take a photo, jot down the recipe, email it over and I will pop it up on the New Veg Page. The more we get the more we can all enjoy and share. There will be a prize for the person who sends the most recipes in as well! Looking forward to seeing all these healthy recipes flying in!
