So after my last post I thought my Nan Beryl needed a shout out too! She lives in London and has had some previous health issues, but like the super woman she is has got on her liquid chlorophyll and green smoothies in and is also great at having regular massages and does the exercises I give her regularly! She also plays Bowls! I am a very lucky girl and have an awesome family who are up for giving anything a go and as a result, they are fun and in great health!
