I am very excited to be starting a Brand New Beginner’s Gentle Mobility Class next week and just wanted to open it up to anyone else who wants to start moving more…
I’m looking at 8 am Tuesday’s, to begin with via zoom.
I’m running it as a 10-week course.
Each session will be filmed and sent to the individuals who take part to practice at their leisure between classes.
I’ll be doing a consultation with each person joining to ensure everyone’s safety and give the best and appropriate moves to everyone joining in.
We are all different and each of us has our strengths and things we find more challenging. In these classes, we will build a strong foundation of movement to help with everyday tasks and to generally feel more mobile and help life feel easier!
This class is suitable for absolute beginners and also fantastic for anyone with a body! Great for anyone who is recovering from injury or who simply has lost some confidence in their body and movement.
Having had many injuries and lots of pain myself and with pretty much every client I’ve ever worked with over the past 15 years I’ve worked really hard to learn and understand as much about the human body as I can. Using a very kind approach where we encourage each person to move as they feel safe and comfortable to ensures we build mobility and strength in a really safe and effective way!
