Hello lovely people!

WOW!!! I’m absolutely delighted with the response I’ve been getting with ‘Nourish with Aimie’ I have copies of the book at my studio in Worcester, but to help everyone who wants one easily get hold of a copy I’m really excited to let anyone who would like a copy of the book know that the amazing Rachel and Shirley from Umberto Giannini have some copies and the incredible Helen (who makes the best salads in Worcester in Chesters) has some too!! These amazing ladies have been so supportive over the last few years! Helen has created amazing dishes for me as my diet has changed, going from gluten free, dairy free and sugar free to completely raw. Then Rachel and Shirley have helped me reduce my chemical intake by using organic, eco friendly hair products and fully following all the fun and nourishing things I’ve encouraged them try!! Rachel swapped her sweets for green smoothies and Shirley has cured her psoriasis by changing her diet!! Thank you ladies for being so fantastic!! Love Aimie xx
